The With Heart Brand Strategy Workbook
The workbook is a personalized digital product delivered as a Google Doc by email, normally within 24 hours after purchase and receipt of the information needed to personalize it.

- $333 option: personalized workbook, a complimentary 15-minute starting consultation, and a 60-minute private strategy session.
Offer pricing and availability may change for future purchases. The price displayed and accepted at checkout controls your purchase.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorize the charge shown at checkout and are responsible for applicable charges clearly disclosed before purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.
Delivery, refunds, and appointments
Because the workbook is created as a personalized digital product, the purchase is non-refundable once the personalized workbook has been delivered. If you believe there is a delivery or purchase error, contact us promptly so we can review it.
Appointments may be rescheduled as needed. Contact us as soon as possible if a scheduling issue arises.
License and intellectual property
With Heart Marketing retains all rights in its website, methods, prompts, templates, workbook framework, and original content. A workbook purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered workbook for the purchaser’s own internal business and brand-development work. You may not resell, publish, distribute, sublicense, or use the workbook to create a competing product without written permission.
You retain ownership of the original business information and content you provide. You grant us permission to use that material only as reasonably necessary to personalize and deliver the purchased service.
AI-assisted prompts and professional disclaimer
The workbook may include prompts intended for use with an AI tool of your choice. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed and edited by you. With Heart Marketing does not control third-party AI tools or their privacy practices.
Our brand and marketing guidance is educational and strategic. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or medical advice, and no particular business, revenue, marketing, or other result is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, copy protected materials beyond the license above, or use our services to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
