Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email address, business name, appointment details, workbook intake responses, messages, and any other information you choose to share.
- Transaction information: the product or service purchased, amount, date, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by With Heart Marketing.
- Technical information: basic device, browser, IP address, referral, and website interaction information that may be collected automatically by our hosting, form, scheduling, security, and analytics providers.
The workbook intake does not request a phone number and is not used for SMS marketing. If you provide a phone number through another contact or booking flow, we use it only for the purpose explained at that point or as you otherwise authorize.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested services.
- To process purchases and deliver a personalized workbook.
- To schedule and manage consultations and strategy sessions.
- To send requested business and brand-marketing communications.

Email choices
If you choose “Stay Connected” or otherwise subscribe, we may send brand-clarity insights and related emails. You may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Transactional messages about a purchase, delivery, or appointment may still be sent when necessary to provide the service you requested.
Service providers and disclosures
We share information only as reasonably necessary with providers that help operate the business, including HonorElevate/HighLevel for forms, customer records, email, chat, and scheduling; Stripe for payment processing; Netlify for website hosting; and Google Workspace for communication and personalized document delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
Cookies and browser signals
Our site and embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies for essential operation, security, preferences, measurement, and service improvement. Browser “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals are not interpreted uniformly across the web. Where a legally recognized opt-out signal applies to our practices, we will honor it as required by law.
